Enemy Intel

Know Your Enemy.

The demonic realm is structured and strategic, modeled as a counterfeit of God’s Kingdom. Scripture describes a hierarchy—rulers, authorities, powers, and spiritual forces of evil—and this order is consistently confirmed through deliverance ministry encounters. Understanding these ranks helps believers recognize the enemy’s tactics and fight from a place of true spiritual authority.

Named demons are the strongest. They often hold regional authority, command other demons, and represent deep-rooted strongholds in cultures, religions, or families. These are higher-ranking entities with broad influence and entrenched power.

Function-based demons act more like foot soldiers and are named after the kind of torment they bring. Weaker than named spirits, they serve under higher-ranking demons and are assigned to specific areas like fear, lust, anger, or self-hatred.

This is a living list of enemy intel and will be updated over time.

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
